All products are made-to-order and produced in standard sizes. Production typically requires 6–8 weeks, not including shipping. Please review sizing guides carefully before placing an order.

Due to the made-to-order nature:

  • Returns and exchanges are limited as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Customizations outside standard sizing are not guaranteed.

3. Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or exceed quantity limits.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information for all purchases.

Payment must be received in full at the time of order.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Some items may be offered on a pre-order basis or are produced just-in-time. Delivery timelines for these items will be communicated at checkout and may differ from standard production times. All orders are final once production has begun, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times combine production (6–8 weeks) with carrier transit time, which varies by destination. These are estimates only and not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees applicable in their country.

5. Pricing and Modifications

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products or Services at our discretion. We are not liable for any price changes, product unavailability, or modifications.
