Shipping policy

Order Processing

All Rovi Lucca items are made to order. Once your order is confirmed, it enters our production queue. Production typically takes 6–8 weeks before dispatch. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation with tracking when your order leaves our studio.

Note: Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed (except where required by EU consumer law). Please review your sizing and address carefully before checkout.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are made-to-order and follow the production schedule indicated at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary, and customers will be notified of any updates or delays.

Shipping Schedule

Orders dispatch Monday–Friday on Italian business days (excluding public holidays). Production and carrier timelines may extend slightly during peak periods.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to: European Union member states, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
We do not currently ship to Mainland China, most of Southeast Asia (beyond Singapore), or the Middle East.

Shipping Costs & Transit Estimates (after production)

Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and parcel size.

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • United States / United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

  • Australia / Japan / South Korea / Hong Kong / Singapore: 10–20 business days

These are estimates; carrier capacity, customs processing, weather, or local delivery conditions may affect actual delivery times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • EU destinations: VAT is handled per applicable rules at checkout.

  • Non-EU destinations (e.g., US, UK, AU, JP, KR, HK, SG): Orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place, Incoterms® 2020). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier or local authority upon or prior to delivery. Please check local regulations before ordering.

  • If duties/taxes are refused and the parcel is returned, we can reship after payment of return and reship costs. If a parcel is abandoned or destroyed due to non-payment of duties, no refund can be issued.

Addresses, PO Boxes & Delivery Attempts

  • Please provide a complete, accurate street address and phone number. Carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes.

  • If a delivery attempt fails and a parcel is returned to us, we can reship once additional shipping costs are paid.

Split Shipments

By default, mixed orders (multiple items) ship together once all items are ready. If you prefer split shipments, email info@rovilucca.com after checkout; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged or tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, contact us at info@rovilucca.com within 7 days of the event. We will open a carrier investigation and work toward a remedy (replacement or refund, as appropriate). Carrier claims can take time to resolve; we’ll keep you updated.

Temporary Unavailability

In rare cases an item or material may be temporarily unavailable. We’ll notify you promptly and offer: (a) a revised timeline, (b) a comparable alternative, or (c) a refund.
