Where are your products made?
Every piece is crafted in Italy.
What sizes do you offer?
Our garments are designed to be versatile in fit. Available in S, M, L, XL— please refer to the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.
Do you restock past collections?
We rarely repeat. Each collection is designed as a chapter in our garden. If something returns, it’s usually because a piece has been returned in perfect condition, which we then offer to the waitlist. On occasion, we may reintroduce select pieces — let us know if there’s something you’d love to see again.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to: European Union member states, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore. We do not currently ship to Mainland China, most of Southeast Asia (beyond Singapore), or the Middle East.
What is your return policy?
All Rovi Lucca items are made to order, so please check our sizing chart carefully before placing an order.
EU Orders: You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-EU Orders: Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
How to Request a Return: Please contact us before sending any items. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Exchanges: Direct exchanges are not available due to the made-to-order nature of our products. To receive a different size or item, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
Can I exchange an item?
Due to the made-to-order nature of all Rovi Lucca items, direct exchanges are not available. If you would like a different size or item, you must first return your original order (if it is eligible for return) and then place a new order.
How do I care for my garment?
Care instructions are included on each garment label. All garments are dry clean only.
How do I join the waitlist for sold-out pieces?
Click the “Notify Me” button on the product page to be notified if a piece becomes available.
Do you offer custom or made-to-order pieces?
Currently, our collections are produced in limited runs. For special requests, please contact us directly.
How do I track my order?
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Is there always early access?
Yes. Our community always has early access to new collections.
Can I guarantee myself a piece?
Collections can sell out quickly. Early access helps ensure you have the best chance of securing your preferred pieces.
I missed the window, is there a waitlist?
You can join the waitlist for any piece from our archive. Should a piece in perfect condition return to us, waitlist members hear first.
