Every Rovi Lucca piece is made to order in Tuscany. No stock, no warehouses - just 100–150 pieces per collection, crafted after you order. It’s pre-order by design: slower, intentional, and worth the wait. Delivery takes 6–8 weeks, and that time is part of the story.

OUR PROCESS
1. Design & Inspiration
Each collection begins as a story, a curation of pieces that speak to one another and to a life lived between city and countryside. Clothes that understand both the subway and the garden path.
2. Limited by Intent
We produce between 100 and 150 pieces per release. Not as a tactic, but as a principle. When you know exactly who will wear your work, every stitch holds more meaning.
3. Brief Openings
Each collection opens for ten days - long enough for considered choice, brief enough to echo the fleeting nature of the season. Our community is first to know, stepping into the garden 48 hours before the gates open to all.
4. Made After, Not Before
Nothing is made ahead of time. Once orders close, each garment begins its journey in our Tuscan workshop - from fabric to pattern to final seam. We share this making process with those who are waiting, so the piece arrives not just with a tag, but with a story.
5. From Our Hills to Yours
Six to eight weeks later, your piece arrives - shaped by time, not trends. Designed to be worn through seasons, not just one.

THE GARDEN SLEEPS BETWEEN HARVESTS
We honor the natural rhythm of creation and rest. Between collections, we return to the drawing board, to the fabric mills, to the quiet work of imagining what comes next.

WE CREATE ONLY WHAT THE WORLD ASKS FOR.
In an industry built on surplus and waste, we choose restraint. Returned pieces find new wearers within our community, and fabric remnants return to the mills to begin again.
