Made-to-Order Notice
All Rovi Lucca items are made to order in standard sizes. Each piece is produced specifically for your order. Please check our sizing chart carefully and contact us with any questions before placing an order. Except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, all sales are final.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be in their original condition—unworn or unused, with all tags and packaging intact. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
Worldwide Policy for Non-EU Orders
Outside the EU, due to the made-to-order nature of our products, general returns are not accepted. Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
How to Request a Return
All returns must be approved before shipment. Contact us at info@rovilucca.com to request a return. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@rovilucca.com. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not available due to the made-to-order nature of our products. To receive a different size or item, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
